One of the big problems with Web TV is knowing what's on and when. So far there's no TV guide you can get that covers international channels and gives programming times. It can be overwhelming when you install a PC TV program and don't know what's on.

Here's a tip that will help you find program listings for just about any channel out there. It's quite fast to do and it's a great way to see what's on the stations you like. So you can plan what you're going to watch.

The first thing you need to know is that almost every PC TV station you watch has it's own website too. The trick is finding it. The good news is there's an easy way to do that.

Let's take one of my favourite PC TV channels as an example: Rapture TV. This is a station that shows all kinds of stuff I'm interested in, from extreme sports programs to movie & games news. It's a really good quality station.

1) First of all go to google. This is a great search engine that does a good job of finding 'the right page' every time.

2) Next up we need to search for the station's name. So type in:

Rapture TV

3) Google's done a really good job and found the homepage for this channel. Cool. Now we need to click on the Programmes link. This link will vary from station website to website but it's usually there somewhere. Clicking on it takes us to a page that lists all of the next 7 day's programs.

4) If you click on Monday, you get to see all the programs that are on today:

Excellent. You can see that there's a good mix of film news, music, gaming programs and even a movie later - Hellraiser 2. Obviously you can't check every station's homepage but you can check out the program information for the stations you're really interested in.
